奶酒的原料是取自草原上等新鲜牛奶。是将牛奶中的乳糖发酵酿制而成的，酒度的中和完全依靠鲜牛奶乳清，不加其他任何水份，历史上是草原牧民民间制造的，近年来由于社会的飞速发展，科学的进步，民族工艺的不断更新，奶酒又得到了进一步的发展，运用了现代科学方法。不但具有了白酒的浓烈，而且赋予了牛奶的营养，更能体现源远流长的蒙古文化。
奶酒不同于白酒、红酒、米酒等酒类，是一种健康新酒类。奶酒酿造原料和工艺的独特性，决定了它于白酒、红酒、米酒等酒类有着本质的区别。

公司利用大草原新鲜马奶、牛奶为原料在蒙古族传统酿造奶酒的的基础上．结合现代生物工程技术，辅以特殊菌群，经过特殊发酵、蒸馏、科学勾调、合理陈贮、酿造出奶味纯正，醇香柔顺、绵甜爽净、回味悠长的优质“独伊佳”奶酒。她即含奶的营养．又有酒的品昧。
相传早在元朝初期，漠北处于大动乱、大变革时期，当时的蒙古各部落七零八落，部落之间较量实力，各选君主刚满17岁的铁木真继承了父亲的遗志，骑上战马，挥旗重建家园。铁木真的妻子在家里，一面思念远征的丈夫，一面制作奶食品。有一天，她在烧酸奶时，锅盖上水珠流到了旁边碗里，她嗅到特殊的奶香味。一尝味美、香甜，还有一种飘飘欲仙的感觉，她渐渐地在生产生活中掌握了制酒的工艺，并简单地制作了酒具，亲手酿造。在铁术真做大汗的庆典仪式上，她把自已酿造的酒献给丈夫成吉思汗和将士们，大汗和众将士喝了以后，连声叫好。从此，成吉思汗把它封为御膳酒，起名叫赛林艾日哈。每当蒙古旅向您敬献哈达和奶酒时．是对贵客的最高礼仪。奶酒便成为蒙古族接待上宾的必备佳酿。
